So here's my roster as it stands after the draft...
Brandon Roy (Por - PG,SG) Rashard Lewis (Orl - SF,PF) Brook Lopez (NJ - PF,C) Deron Williams (Uta - PG) Andris Biedrins (GS - C) Francisco Garcia (Sac - SG,SF) Jameer Nelson (Orl - PG) Andray Blatche (Was - PF,C) + Terrence Williams (NJ - SG.SF) Julian Wright (NO - SF) Wayne Ellington (MIN - SG) Chris Wilcox (DET - PF,C) Jason Kapono (PHI - SG,SF) Oleksiy Pecherov (MIN - PF,C)
Team Assessment: Starting the season 2 wings down as Lewis is suspended for a month and Garcia is out with a broken wrist (no timetable). I also think I'm short a PG and will look to either field offers for one or grab one off waivers to start the season.
Draft notes: I'm really happy with T-Will. J-Wright will get his chance. Elington was a gamble that doesn't look to have paid off tho preseason means nothing. Wilcox is who he is, if he gets PT then he's good for 10-6. Kapono should help with my lack of 3's from last year and should see time at both wing spots. Pecherov is a temp pick-up for the duration of Love's injury and I'll take whatever I can get from him.
Trade options: I got a couple requests as to J-Wright's availability after I drafted him, and would definitely consider a deal for him. I'll consider offers for other of my players as well. I'm most likely looking for a PG at the moment.
Draft Picks for next year: I have all my own plus UConnCeltics 2010 4rth round pick

Copy and pasted for achiving
Well, I took a small step back this year, and hopefully, it created a better foundation to build on. I'm mainly looking to tweek my roster this offseason as opposed to making any drastic changes, but if the right deal comes along... well lets just say I'll keep an open mind.
A small trade has me down to basically my top 8 and all the rest. I'm still willing to consider offers for my solid keepers so if anyone interests you send me a PM.
[glow=green,2,300]Roster:[/glow]
OK, the first group of players below (in red) are my next-to-untouchables. They are all young and still improving so any trade offer I would consider for them would have to be spectacular.
Brandon Roy (Por - PG,SG) Brook Lopez (NJ - PF,C) Deron Williams (Uta - PG)
Filling out my current top 8 (in blue) are my solid keepers. I'm willing to trade any of these guys, but I'm very comfortable going into the season with the best eight I have currently.
Andris Biedrins (GS - C) Francisco Garcia (Sac - SG,SF) Jameer Nelson (Orl - PG) Nene Hilario (Den - PF,C) Ronnie Brewer (Uta - SG,SF)
The last bunch (in purple) are young talented players that may not have the opportunity to be contributors, but if you like any of them they can be had for a late round draft pick.
Darrell Arthur (Mem - SF,PF,C) Hilton Armstrong (NO - PF,C) Rodney Carney (Min - SG,SF) Roko Ukic (Tor - PG,SG) Will Bynum (Det - PG,SG)
[glow=green,2,300]Draft[/glow]
Rnd1 - 14 Rnd2 - 13, 14 Rnd3 - 14 Rnd4 - 14 Rnd5 - 14 Rnd6 - 14
I now have a surplus of picks and am willing to move any of them in a 2 for 1 pick swap or as part of a trade. I figure as the Free Agent list firms up a few of my picks might look more enticing. send me a PM if you're interested.
As far as trades, I never say anyone is untouchable, but I have a few guys that it would be very very hard to pry from my cold dead hands. I will always consider any serious offer so feel free to make them.
Looking forward to the summer season and getting some deals done. Peace!
