Basic draft rules:
1.) 18 hours between picks(strictly enforced because we will be cutting it tight).
2.) When someone doesn't make their 18 hour window they will default pick the next highest Yahoo! rated player (from the Official Available players listed by Yahoo Ranking).
3.) If we have to we will do the last round by lists, but if people are on the ball we should be able to finish the draft before the season starts.
4.) You can change a defaulted pick within 3 picks if the player you want to change it to has not been taken. You can not take a player who has been selected by a team between when your deadline passed and when you come to change your pick(same as last year).
5.) If you have back to back picks, you do have a 36 hour window (or 18 hours per pick if it's more than 2 in a row), but out of respect for the league as a whole, please try not to use the full time limit.
6.) You are completely free to make any trades at any time during the draft including any picks you have remaining or any players you've already drafted.
