In an effort to speed up the draft, if you think you will be on the clock and unable to be here or at least not here until near the end of your timer, but know a few players you would be interested in if available at your pick then you can send Luxury Tax and/or I your short list of player in order that you would want them.
This way, there is 2 or 3 of us (counting you) that can make your pick as soon as your on the clock and the draft will move that much quicker.
Nobody is required to use this option, but it could prevent defaulted picks and default picks getting changed which as discussed earlier, could confuse things in some situations.
